Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Your Elegant Essentials. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Pickup

We now offer a local pickup location in the Nanaimo area. Arrangements will be made once payment in full is received. We will reach out directly once the order is processed and product retrieved from warehouse.

Due to previous problems with abandoned orders, all orders must be picked up within 7 days (unless otherwise agreed upon). After 7 days, products will be returned to stock without refund.

Local Delivery

Orders over $30 are eligible for free local delivery within the Nanaimo area, or other specific areas on specified dates (viewable from our 'Local Events' page. Orders not meeting this threshold are subject to a $10 delivery fee. We will reach out to arrange delivery directly once the order is processed and product retrieved from warehouse.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s), if applicable. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Your Elegant Essentials is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Your Elegant Essentials is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We ship internationally. Shipping rates are not calculated automatically for any orders outside of Canada or the continental United States. Please contact us for rates and information regarding international shipping if outside of Canada or US.
